I am not asking you to replace your almonds with peanuts. But yes if you can’t afford almonds then you can go for peanuts as it provides almost the same nutrition value. Of course, you can’t have almonds regularly for this price. Also if we notice, many people skip almonds just because of its price. In that case, you can replace it with peanuts.
The Key Edge with Almonds is that it is rich in Vitamin E which is around 45% of its DV(daily value). Vitamin E is available in the skin of Almonds and what we do is we keep almonds in water for long and then we take off the skin and eat it. So, Avoid doing that.
